Question about Evoking Eternity - Koetting

On page 100, there is a banishing from "Kingdoms of Flame" that he says has served him well for spirits that do not leave after an evocation. I understand parts of "Kingdomgs of Flame" were fictional to give a backstory to the grimoire, so does anyone have any idea where this banishing formula came from, or is it possibly something given to him by a spirit that he plopped into his story about the secret grimoire and the skeleton cipher?
