Book Review: Success Magick by the Gallery of Magick

As someone who has never worked with Enochian Magick, I approached Success Magick by the Gallery of Magick with a mix of curiosity and skepticism. My background in magick primarily involves working with The Goetia, Angelic Magick, and the two grimoires by Geoff Gray-Cobb. So this was a significant departure from my usual practices.

The rituals in Success Magick are stripped down to their essentials, boiling the process down to looking at a sigil and reciting a sequence of words of power (I'm sorry if I get the terminology wrong. As I said, I have zero experience with the Enochian system). This “dumbed-down” approach, popularized by Damon Brand and the Gallery of Magick, has always left me feeling a bit ambivalent. I’ve never been a fan of overly simplified systems, as they sometimes feel like they strip away the nuance and depth that make magick so powerful. However, a trusted friend who swore by the results convinced me to give it a shot.

The book outlines a series of 49 rituals, with each one ideally performed daily for seven days. While I was initially skeptical, I must admit that Success Magick surprised me. Unlike many other success- or wealth-focused magick books that promise immediate financial gains, this one operates on a deeper, more transformative level. Rather than focusing solely on external manifestations of wealth, the rituals seem to work on your mindset and relationship with success itself. It reshapes your perspective and outlook, fostering a fundamental shift in how you perceive and interact with abundance. And I also have noted crazy synchronicities happening in my life that clearly corresponded with each of the weekly rituals that I am doing.

By the end of my work with the book, I dare say my life had been profoundly changed. This isn’t the kind of magick that offers instant gratification—it’s subtler, but ultimately far more powerful. I didn't get a surprise inheritance from a dearly departed relative or something like that. But for anyone looking to transform their life and relationship with wealth, I wholeheartedly recommend Success Magick. As a guy who grew up poor, my whole outlook on how I will generate wealth has drastically changed. And I sincerely hope my life will be more prosperous than it was.

That said, I am still curious about the mechanics behind this simplified system. If anyone with more experience in traditional Enochian Magick has insights into how these rituals were made, I would love to hear about it! I’d love to learn how this method could be applied to other aspects of life beyond wealth. There’s immense potential here, and it would be fascinating to explore its full range of possibilities.

In summary, while my initial doubts about the streamlined approach remain, the results speak for themselves. Success Magick is an impressive and potentially life-changing resource that I believe is worth exploring, regardless of your prior experience with Enochian Magick.
