I think in our fast paced world
we have lost site of what is true quality hard work. For this kind of subject material step 1 would take a full year to truly master but bardon offers only hints on how to achieve this like (this step should be continued for a lifetime).
So a good way to make sure you are well up in the subject matter would be to study the book like this.
1 month Step1
2nd month Step2
3rd month Step1+Step2
4th month Step 3
5 month step 1 +step2 +step 3.
whatever works for you
If you do this in 2 years
or so you should be well on your way to mastering the system of course depending on your natural abilities and current knowledge and proficencies but becareful not to get bored as this is the main traps that delays peoples spiritual development inevitably.
Also if you ever take more than 6 days off
