I was trying this system and I'm enjoying it... In the first day I was reading I didnt do the relaxing ritual but I got interessed in the Banishment Ritual [ pag. 79 Uncrossing Ritual ] and I did it even without any pre-ritual even the basic nap, becuz I was feeling there something bad haunting me and i was looking for any banishment ritual which works, to my surprise I got a quietly sleeping night, awesome nowdays, before that I'm giving a try to the NAP... Hope enjoy the hole system.
My question is... I can do the banishment everyday? even with another Spell? Like Relax>Banish>Random Spell?
