Losing Weight with NLP

Hello everyone,I was just wondering what spirit to use for best results in trying to lose weight.I heard that the health chant was only good for internal sicknesses such as viruses,etc.I could use Elubatel but I need to make sure before proceeding.

Yes use the health chant! Noooooooo..........I wouldnt advise Elubatel for losing weight you might lose weight but not the way you want too. He is a heavy weight spirit.......
