chakra based love (lust) spell

Hi,
I once read about a simple love spell where one visualizes the target (let's assume target is a girl) and then one visualizes that HER root chakra is flaming red and hot... like a chakra meditation only firing up HER chakra, not my own.
And that's it.
Supposedly she'll get all hot and bothered about you and magically call you or somehow you will end up in bed anyway.
I tried it just because I couldn't resist such fun, but I got no effect.
What does the panel think of this spell and how can it be improved?
