Runes and their role in black magic?

Hi guys... I already posted this in another subject but nobody reply so i create a new topic here.
Hello guys... I am a novice in magic in general and right now I want to start with runes to achieve some results. I am from different culture so I do not know much about it. Anyway why does the information about runes are so little. I think runes are interesting but nobody talk about it much, and some says be careful with it. Why?? What effects can it create? Thanks And where to read and work the ways through it?
