Demon Worship

What are your views and opinions on demon worship?
I have my own opinions on the subject, which is it is unwise. YEt I do not want to judge before I hear from others more advanced then me. To me, they are forces of destruction and ruin. Meant to be tamed. Not praised or seen as gods.
