The power of black magic... or?

Now i'm not talking about LHP and i don't take the term "black magic" literally as i know that magic are pretty neutral depended on the purpose.
However, is it actual not only very evil persons or psychopaths who are able to use black magic without any problems?
I have learned that i have to be sure that i don't care about my victims are alive or dead if black magic operations shall work without backlash. What do you think?
