To blind an enemy with rage

Simple spell to leave an enemies judgement impaired. Is more effective if they're already pissed off.
Ingredients:
Vinegar
Mars water (Also called war water, if you're not sure how to make it I can put up the recipe for you
)
Picture of the victim on water soluble picture
Pour the vinegar and mars water into a bowl.
Drop the picture in the bowl.
As the picture starts to dissolve fill your mind with as much anger and rage as you can as you speak the following words:
“Spirits of rage tend to their mind, fill it with fury and leave them blind.”
Bury what’s left. Crossroads or your target’s yard is preferable.
