Poltergeist activity and evocation

I’ve been practicing Magick for several years now and while experiencing some unusual mystical and synchronistic type phenomena arising as a result of evocation, I am yet to experience any type of poltergeist activity. According to Lisiewski this sort of phenomena occur as a result of the exact preparations, though I have as yet not been able to verify this. Has anyone experienced poltergeist activity arising from ritual, and if so, do you have any theories on the particular conditions necessary to produce such results?
