On All Hallows Eve,
I performed a ritual calling upon several spirits
at the same time.
The next October morning,
I found myself lethargic, tired and lacking sleep.
Have the same problems now in December,
and mostly I am lacking sleep.
Any advice and suggestions
would be greatly appreciated?
