Thoughts about astral machines aka linking sigils

So recently I read an article about how to create astral machines (egregores) in the purpose of harvesting the excess energy from public places , transformes it and use it for other purposes.

The author is part of the Damon Brand family, know to the public as Jareth Tempest, possibility member of this forum also. Anyway, I decided to test it s theory.I created the egregore .One of the main task was the automatically activate itself in certain situations, without shifting my attention towards it.Unfotunately it was a total failure.Im highly sensitive to energy shifts so but I never felt anything in several cases when it should.
I'm open to enprovement suggestions..
