I’ve recently begun a new phase of my magical career involving Goetic spirits and similar cthonic powers. I’ve had some excellent experiences with evoking these entities in a ritual setting, mostly following Jason Millers methods. But rather than perform a full evocation everytime I wish to petition the spirits, I’ve been interested in incorporating Goetic seals into mojo hands, candle spells, etc. The content in S. Alderney’s “Goetic Spellwork” is an example of what I’m interested in pursuing. So, before I begin, I’m curious to know if anyone here has had any experience with this method of spell casting? If so, how did it turn out, if there was any preliminary contact with the sprit, if this affected your future relationship with the spirit for good or ill, etc. Any help, information, or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
