I would be interested to hear if anyone of you has legal and verified understanding regarding the copyrights of occult materials and what constitutes as "fair use", i.e. is not copyright infringement in regards to these materials if I use them in a project of my own?
The point here is that I would be interested in writing articles about occult rituals and practices, but I'm unsure as to what extent it's acceptable to for example present the specific ritual instructions or other details about the practices without it infringing on someone's copyrights? This is obviously important only in regards to newer materials, as older materials(Golden Dawn rituals, Enochian magick, Bardonian stuff, old grimoires etc) are to my understanding copyright-free materials by the virtue of their age alone, although I might be mistaken in this.
