How to perform projection with chi and chi cultivation

This is a bit of eastern magic....chi/prana/vril all of it is similar. just different applications

Chi can be called the the breath of life,or what guides the pulse of the blood throughout the system of the body. We all have chi,we are born with it. certain excercises make it stronger like a muscle that is built up. The older we get the more are muscle decreases and the more our chi use increases.

If you put yourself into a correct horse stance. meaning your feet are double shoulder width apart. Toes and feet pointed straight. sit down into the stance, hips are forward, anus tucked, tougne to the roof of your mouth behind the front teeth which connects the body channels of power from the head to the rest of the body. Your chin is tucked in and imagine a string from the top of your head is pulling your head up while chin is in. This will line up your 6 harmonies and connect you with the power centers in your body.

start slowly as this excercise is almost impossible to tolerate from a total beginner stand point. Try for 30 seconds. then aim for 50,to a full minute. In order to test your chi projection ability. get a house plant with a hanging leaf. take your hands and keep it around the leaf without touching. imagine the energy going from one hand to the other. with proper work....the leaf will move or flutter.

to accentuate your chi projection ability. take regular sand, rub it quickly over the palms of your hands. You might ask what is the sand for. Well, when sand is heated enough it becomes glass which acts as a reflector. Chi is energy, energy is heat....your palms have chakra's on them. the chi energy heats the sand up and amplifies the energy projection. think of a magnifying glass with the sun.
