Expeditions into Moorish territory

Does anybody remember where in TFR Dee is talking about sending an expedition into Moorish territory. I had a genius idea smack me in the face and now i'm doing some intel recon on the concept. I am imagining the GREAT TABLE as a blank overlay for an enochian grimoire based in the Odu system of ATR's.
I think that with a grasp of the cacodemonic forces, one could overlay the Odu onto the Great table, and thereby obtain a working grimoire of the forces in the great table. This isnt an end all, be all, as enochian is deep, but it's still, i think, a groovy idea.
So, anybody remember.....
