Can we rely only on the Planetary Hours for an effective ritual? Scott Stenwick in his blog gives examples of rituals based only on the Hours, like here, for example:

On the other hand, other magicians have found partial failures relying only on the Planetary Hours, as can be seen here:

So, what is the right procedure? Perhaps the Hours are enough for some operations while it is necessary to take into account the planetary positions for others? Or is it always better to combine things?
