i've pretty much stripped down my usage of NAP, tinkered and applied it in many ways
not described in the book.

my main method of working at it now is;
- create TAZ
- modified (short) Arzel prayer
- selected rite
- meditate on request
- license to depart

The problem w/ these types of questions, no offense, is that they always come from n00bs.
