Is it ok to use the pdf version of the book? i downloaded it yesterday and tried it a while ago starting with relaxing and the nap ritual followed by the incantation for money. i was really nervous cuz it's my first time doing this. i was really shaking and sweating. i even forgot to pause for 3 sec...
