i do feel uncomfortable listening to my own voice in a recording..makes me critique my pronounciation, my enunciation, thus does not make me relax....i do plan to record my wife...i think my mind is more receptive to her COMMANDS..
same here. my first few evocations yielded results. Those were merely relaxation then petition then closing. when i started utilizing the other rituals such as the central pillar, uncrossing and dee hay thooth, results has been meager.
