When using NAP, once I reach point A - I then move into the spell and read it aloud. I felt the urge to repeat the spell over and over to ensure it is heard and answered. Nothing anywhere states you cannot repeat a spells words over and over. Is this an acceptable practice? And also can this be held...

I am getting on with these now and will be trying each and every one. I think I am pushing too fast to try and reach the meat without proper relaxation.

The creeks and appliance noises really disrupt me.

I am working NAP and I can feel it, however I am having difficulty in completely going to that relaxed state.

Every creek or noise from the house or appliance is blocking me.

I am frustrated and wondering if I should go with Bin aural beats in headphones to get where I need to be.
