Spiritual Hygiene for Troubled Minds

Greetings,

I would be lying if I said I have not felt the intensity of the recent "Super Blue Blood Moon Eclipse" (whew). I've also noticed some anxiety here on SA about the possibility of someone doing harmful work against certain members and / or the forum in general. I am not going to feed into that by speculating about what I personally think. However, I would like to stress that appropriate hygiene is the responsibility of every practitioner, according to his or her knowledge and inclinations, especially so in a community like this.

To that end, we do have resources publicly available for the perplexed.

First, read our banishing thread: http://www.studioarcanis.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=4263 and our "Best Way to Protect Yourself" thread: http://www.studioarcanis.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=410

Second, although the LBRP is not a lasting solution, it's good to have it in your toolbox:

Third, read an essay by Phil Hine on banishing and its uses:
http://www.philhine.org.uk/writings/rit_banishintro.html

Then, set up some wards around your property if you know how.

Lastly, have an "Uncrossing Bath" on hand (herbal or mineral).

Example: http://conjuredoctor.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=3

If none of this works (and I can't imagine anything getting past all this if you put the knowledge to use), there's Brother Moloch's famous "Ritual of Protection." Do it and you should be fine. http://www.molochsorcery.com/sorcery-protect.html

If you're still feeling something nasty, go to a professional because at this point it should be clear that nothing you do is going to work.

I don't say all this because I'm necessarily encouraging paranoia. But I do think peace of mind is a good thing and maybe the ultimate good thing in life.
