What Do You Consider Success?

I am going to decribe what success in evocation means for me. I am not in anyway saying that this defines success for others and that is partly the reason why I am posting it. I very much want to know how others in this art view success. For me success is only reached when:

1. The entity called physically manifests itself.

2. Dialogue is obtained with the spirit.

3. The results of the command are met according to the practicioners satisfaction.

So far I consider myself a failure, with the realization this takes time and practice. How do you define success?
