While it's been a few years since I've had to use it, every time I made deal with a spirit from this book, I tended to wind up bedridden a day or so before the request came to fruition. At the very least, I experienced a severe case of laryngitis(sheer hell for a loquacious individual such as myself).
Anyone else had this trouble, is it just par for the course with these entities? I understand the energy has to come from somewhere, so has anyone found a way around this?
