Grimorium Verum - Liming pot

Hello All,

A few months ago, I decided to shift my practice from Ceremonial and Thelemic magick, to working with a grimoire. I've already got some experience with the lesser key, but reading various things and listening to more than a few podcasts has led me to JSK's True Grimoire.

So I've been slowly collecting and constructing the equipment, trying to do everything as close to the book as possible, but Im not really sure about the liming pot. The book isn't very clear about this and as I will be 'sacrificing' the parchment like Jake suggests it won't be a functioning pot anyway.

I was thinking of making it out of clay, but I'm not sure if I should be doing anything special with its construction. Should there be actual lime or specific timings/sigils involved?

Does anyone have any experience with this?
