Studio Arcanis

As a matter of necessity, I have acquired a 6th Pentacle of Mars, but I have no way of knowing if it was consecrated on the right day. Furthermore, it's Silver-plated stainless steel. The first question: does this alloy still count as Iron? Second: Is it possible to paint the pentacle red on the correct day of the week, and at the right time or day, in order to make sure it's properly consecrated?
