Josephine McCarthy recently published the first volume of her Magical Knowledge trilogy. The second part had been released earlier in 2010 already. You can now find my book review of the first volume 'Foundations' online...

And just as a note: If you are a practicing ritual magician - as I assume most people on this forum are - and you are short on money and decided to cut your book budget in 2011.... go and buy this book. You will be able to work for years from it - and likely might reinvent your approach to summoning spirits completely.
