If I see once more the phrases:

"Realise your unity with all life"

"Realise that we are all star seeds with a mission and purpose"

"All suffering leads to our growth, if we forgive"

"All of us have past lives that are important to our current development"

"If you recall that you were a King or famous person in history, let it go, that past life is no longer relevant to the present"

"Help heal the planet"

"You are special, you are sacred, you are one with all life"

"let go, give in, accept that what has happened to you is for your highest overall good"

The Rage. The Anger. The Fury.

Almost every sentence is a complete contradiction, and or, vague white fluffy CRAP.

The problem is that these New Age books mix empowering affirmations of your true divine self, with the opposite complete and utter powerlessness.

You are supposed to never harm others because that's bad, but it's fine when others harm you and you MUST forgive them.

You are supposed to be one with all life, yet you are supposed to graciously accept whatever circumstances you are given. Well why bother to pick up this book to help yourself then!? Give me a refund!
