Hello, I am returning to IIH step 1 after a long hiatus due to school and work and I have a few questions.
1) the goal of "though control" exercise is merely to observe our thoughts like a passive observer and not having no thought right?
2) Should one strive to have less interruptions With each successive exercises? By "interruption" for though control exercise I mean that one becomes an active thinker instead of a passive observer.
For example, in my first try I have about 9 interruptions then in next exercise should I strive to have less interruptions or should I just do care about the interruptions.
