Hello,so I've been practicing step one for a while.When I am doing the no thought part,I can completely blank my mind for a while(usually more than ten mins),but after that I start getting these visions,Like video playing on the screen(even when I am thinking nothing,they sort of go from one story to another and then change completely).And sometimes I'm participating in them in first person.
Did I get a hang of the first step?(I can blank my mind with ease),or should I keep practicing it for a while without moving on? Are the visions the next phase? Or am I doing something wrong?
