Hi Fraters and Sorors,
I have got this far, doing every steps and exercises of Bardon's IIH almost perfectly, and started doing step II's pore breathing. To sum my concerns up, I simply can't feel it happening. I have been doing it for the last 3 weeks, which is not much, and on some occasions a felt something like my body acting as a 'lung', building up pressure as I inhaled through it, but I couldn't feel the air entering my body through my pores. Today I couldn't even get to the point of feeling this pressure building up, and this led me here to share y experiences and ask for help.
My question is; does anyone have anything useful on this matter?
