Tools symbolic of Ogoun or the 7 Powers generally?

A while ago I was lucky to find two strange talismans in a thrift store in SF. Both were backed by a identical image of a pentagram I remember from a E. Levi text. One had a portrait of Jesus Malverde, as well as his name, along with a "three rayed" overlay with what looks to some kind of bronzing or copper. The other had an identical overlay and featured a ring of seven tools: hammer, pick, shovel, tongs, saw, adz, and another kind of hammer. Is this symbolic of Ogoun or the Seven African Powers generally? The person I asked later was unsure.
