I've installed a new phpbb extension which causes the forum to only show the first post in a thread unless you login. I'm hoping that this will encourage people to become more actively involved here. At the very least it should make lurkers mindful of the singular resource they are accessing in these forums.

Now I'm off to figure out Google Analytics.
