I want to suggest a Beginners and Newbies folder for the forum.
It appears that I am seeing the same beginners and newbies,
and they are asking the same and similar questions.
A Beginners and Newbies folder would keep all these questions in one area.
Edit: Vovin, I see that you want a minimal number of folders
to keep the forum uncluttered.
Hope that this suggestion will meet with your approval later on.
