Studio Arcanis

I want to clean up my inbox and I was looking at this feature, but I don't quite understand it. Is this an upload feature? And will I be able to view the messages through an office program or an adobe reader? CSV, CSV (Excel) and XML which one is better for someone like myself that just wants to have them "on file" on my laptop or a memory stick? They're called "flash drives" now. I'm technologically challenged.
