This is beautiful. I am planning on making a skin for my phone using the sigil of Elubatel, would you mind if I used this? It's perfect!

It's probably fair, if Vovin is happy to allow others to use the Seal, for folks to make a donation of some kind, either to Vovin himself, or to a charity of his choice.
Sure, nothing stops you from using it, if you so wish, but your conscience may tell you the same as mine...
