Your own handwritten copies of NAP spells?

This might have been covered in bits in other posts, but I hope you'll all forgive me for not reading them all yet! :P

Have you hadnwritten out your own copies (exactly worded or edited, as you chose) of the spells & incantations in NAP?

I ask because while I like the idea of my own book, meticulously written out, and have similar things from other areas of my practice, I am concerned that as I'm working with focus on one spell right now, that actually handwriting and focusing on the others, including effectively hearing/speaking them in my head as I write, would be counter-productive.

Informed comment or suggestions most welcome!! :)

Heh i know what you mean, while i was reading through the book i would force myself to skeem as little as i could when i came across a "new" incantation/spell(as i was using one of the first given).

I myself have typed some of them into a text doc.

But seeing as you want to mix it into your own practice, it wouldn't do much against you because you already know that you would be focusing mainly that specific spell/incantation.

Thanks for the input!! Sometimes answers just fall into place after you've focused on the question don't they, so what I'm going to do for now is type out the invocation I'm using and a few other things, and bind them into my own notes, and then other invocations if and when I use those - that way I won't be confuzzling myself :P or any kind Beings who happen to overhear me.

There's little point I think in my personal book being chock full of spells I don't need or haven't yet tested: be a bit like me keeping Viagra in my medicine cabinet just because I heard it's really good.

Today's the 4th day I've been working on a particular invocation, and I just felt so much more comfortable and (not in a cocky way) confident about it, and I think that's where I wanted to get to before I started to kind of "take this out of the book" and actually loop it into my own life, and practice, if that makes sense?

And yeah, having looked at my own handwriting, think I'll do the 2009 equivalent of using my very best quill and ink - aka type it out in Word, and format it up all nicely... 8-)

Yeah :D
IDK i kind of like the idea of writing out myself. I like my handwriting.. there's something about reading you're own handwriting. Maybe it'd be a better choice!(for some of us=P)

I don't need or haven't yet tested

yup nice and tight

Maybe keep a page with the spells(names) that you do have available in your books as a reminder. im just saying!
