When is the best time to the nap rituals

As there is no specific guidlines for specific times for the chants there is no need to think about timing. My personal experience is that they benefit from following the phases of the moon. Waxing phase is good for bringing things to you.

basically, look at the moon each night. You'll see it grow from a tiny sliver on one side to full to a tiny sliver on the other side. As it grow from a tiny sliver on the right side to a full moon, filling in the area to the left of the sliver a little more each night, that is waxing. I don't know why it's called waxing. When it goes from full to a tiny sliver on the left, where the right side gradually grows dark, that's called waning.
