Experiences hexing someone via twitter

Has anyone ever hexed another via twitter or another social media. Usually I have met the person but a situation has arisen where I have a name I believe to be correct as well as a picture but I wonder if the disconnection will affect this. I will try to use the energetic imprint I can get off his twitter but sadly e-communications are harder to read.
