A simple hex that worked for me

Just wanted to share a hex I used years ago.
Back in the day I had an abusive manager at work. The normal means of handling him were not working to improve the situation,so one day I collected materials from the workplace (chunk of wood, nails, markers, blank label). I made this, all the while thinking of the things he said and did, and building up the anger and frustration I felt. as I drove in each nail I made the intent for him to suffer ONLY when he played his games and tried to screw me over. Not only did he never bother me again, he also kept his distance.
Simple and effective.
