Hex Advice

I plan on hexing someone and decided to come here in hopes of getting some advice, seeing how I can't find any of the information I am looking for online. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any herb or oils associated with sending negative energy or bringing chaos/hate/discord/anguish/bad energy/bad karma towards said person?
