Physical Symptoms?

Hi Everyone,
What can be some of the physical symptoms if one is being attacked with black magick?
And if voodoo like dolls are used, do the symptoms usually manifest in the intended target in the same places as where the needle is stuck in the doll?
And what would be the best way to create an effective blacklash for the sender?
