Glamouring a person in a photo or video?

Specifically how might one go about glamouring the presence of a client in a photo or video to stand out positively even beyond their own presence in the work?
I've glamoured my own resumes before to get fast responses during dry spells. Those were short intention/wishes I created right before sending them out. They probably don't last long. But this I would need to be long lasting, protected and strong as a way to enhance the marketing campaign I'm working on for this person/project. I have consent to add a charm.
Also I'm looking to glamour *their image in the medium*, not necessarily them in real life. Though I doubt this person would object to more "it factor". And it needs to last longer than a couple days. More like months. With an ability to grow or sustain it if continually used.
