The Ethics of Fertility Spellwork

I don't really have a question. What I really want is to start a discussion because I feel that is is absent.
Is fertility magic ethical?

I am a witch, consider myself Wiccan, a large share of the spellwork I do would not be done by your garden-variety Wiccan (or at least they wouldn't admit to it) because it does not fit within their rigid code of ethics. Where the coin is flipped is with regards to fertility spells, the fluffiest of the fluffy bunnies will recommend fertility spells and tout Wicca's origins from fertility religions. I on the other hand, have misgivings.

-A few questions to ponder:
-In a world of 7+ billion people should there even be fertility spells?
-With 500+ thousand children needing adoption in the USA alone, do fertility spells really harm none?
-If the parents only want a child if they can get pregnant and give birth to their blood descendant, are these people the best choice to help attain a child?
