The Mighty Boosh - 'Crimping'.

Greetings Friends,
I wonder how many readers here are familiar with the British comic duo 'The Mighty Boosh' ?
The show (boroadcast on BBC TV for a number of tears now) is very, very funny and features a surrealistic, Pythonesque world of fantasy drawn up from the crazed imaginations of the writers.
Anyhow, on watching the show it's faitly obvious that comedians *were* or *are* serious practising magicians as numerous oblique references to actual magic practice and shamanism are made throughout the programme.
In particular a ritualesque type of ceremony called 'crimping' in the show, is often displayed, in which the two protagonists recite a spell to the accompaniment of a ritualistic display/dance.
Any further thoughts?
