There is a lot less to this than most people think. Try to hard and you WILL fail. Do not put anything in it that is not there.
Touch the Ajna Chakra - indicated by placing your finger at the point where your bridge of your nose meets your brow and say Aht-taw. This is Aleph-Tau. Aleph-Tau-Heh is Ah-teh. a variant of the same word. The Aleph-Tau is the First and Last letters. You are essentially saying "Alpha-Omega" in Hebrew. It is the quintessential second person pronoun of the Hebrew language, singular masculine Declination. This is yourself objectified unto yourself, as God as unto his Creation.
Touch the Svadissthana Chakra - indicated by placing your finger where the pelvis meets the spine and say Mal-kooth (Mem Lamed Kaph Vau Tau). (The trick here is the "th" is NOT the same as in the english word "tooth" - that is made by placing the tongue between this teeth - it is somewhere between "ssss" and "th." The correct way to say malkuth is something you have to learn to do carefully. First, say "sssss" feel where you tongue is on the top of your mouth. Now add less breath on the teeth but keep your tongue in the same place. Feel that sound that is not quite a "sss" or a "th" - that is the terminal sound of a word ending in Tau. Vau is pronounced like a sound similar to the Omega of greek a somewhat flat "U" that sound like it has some elements of "O" The Root of this Word is Melek (Mem-Lamed-Kaph) These are the letters in the bend of the ATBish cipher. The “vau tau” at the end is a pluarizing feminine definite article. Thus you have the head and tail of the hebrew letters at your AJNA, and the bend of the letters at the coil of the spine. This has opened the Sushumna – without opening the Crown or the Base – you are now running an interior circulating current – this is the fuel for the “flames” so to speak.

Touch your left shoulder and say "ve-Geh-booraow" - this is a reference to the pillar of Severity. It is an allusion to Pingala. (This word is Veh “And” – Gehbooraow means “power, might, strength”) It is feminine singular.
Touch your right shoulder and say “Veh-Ge-Doolaow” – this is a reference to the pillar of Mercy. It is an allusion to the Ida. (This word is Veh “And” – Gedulaow means “dignity, greatness, glory”) it is feminine singular.
Clasp your hands interlocking your fingers and say “Leh-Oh-lawm” This unifies the Sushumna, Ida and Pingala – the Triple Goddes, called Nu, Isis, Hecate, Hathor and many other names – but in all things Elohim. This feature of the hands clasped is the ten spheres of the tree of life. Leh-ohlam is rooted to OLM, which means “youth”, “conceal”, “age”, “world” – This is Mosheh in the Womb of the Nile – or Hoor-Par-Kraat if you will. This is the babe in the womb of the triune mother.
THEN unclasp the hands, hold them erect, palm to to palm and say AMEN. This is a masculine singular indicating “It is accomplished” or “so mote it be”, if you prefer.
That is it. Do it and feel, see, touch, taste, hear, and smell what you can. If you are not enflamed with prayer, give it a second- you may have kleshas or klippoth blocking the inner alchemy. But no amount of “visualization” or forcing it, or vocal volume will make it work more than any other. Do this with joy in your heart – in the delight of the Lord of the Universe, and his brides and progeny - The Universe.
