while reading posts on a yahoo group i came upon the account (and results) of a member chanting "Enns" as a mantra (108 times) among other things, yet the ritual set up was quite simple.
I don't know if i can post the account here, if anyone want details let me know.
I have knowledge of bijas (seed) mantras, and while Enns are not well known apart from the Demonolatry current does anyone know of little known magickal traditions that chant the names of specific entities (deities) a specific number of times?
So far i've seen a few books that list sumerian names, latin words, and the names of Goetic spirits (not the Enns) as mantras yet nothing else.
What i search is books or documents focused (entirely or not) on entities and their names as mantras.
If anyone has knowledge of any books that treat the subject or even suggest the idea, feel free to share your sources.
