Ritual and prayer for taking vows and oaths

As a part of my personal program, I've pieced together this ritual from the GD Neophyte Ceremony, for the purpose of training the will by taking oaths and abstensions. Prepare by bathing and robing, armed with the dagger, upon the altar are a black cloth, the cross and the triangle. The Temple is opened by a Ritual of the Enterer and the LBRP, and closed by means of the same, giving a general licence to depart. Having Opened the temple;
Approach the altar and declare;
Oh Thou Lord of the Universe, Who works in Silence
And whom naught but Silence can express,
My Soul wanders in Darkness and seeks the Light of the
Hidden Knowledge
May the highest aspirations of my Mighty and Secret Soul
Guide me to that Light!
Let virtue reign in my heart,
Thus shall I be an apt and worthy vehicle
To the guiding voice of my Soul!
Kneel upon both your knees
your left hand palm upwards , your right upon the holy symbol
and bow your head.
I (name), In the Presence of the Lord of the Universe,
Who works in Silence and Whom naught but Silence can express,
Before the Lords of Truth and Justice
Do solemnly pledge and vow;…
(state vows)
Upon this Holy symbol do I solemnly swear
all these things
Without evasion, equivocation or reservation,
Before the Lords of the Hall of Two Truths
And in the Light of their Perfect Justice
Before Whom my soul now stands,
So do I commit myself unto their hands for vengeance or reward
Place the blade of the dagger upon the nape of thy neck
So help me the Lord of the Universe and my own mighty and secret Soul!
Rise silently and solemnly, gazing and reaching upward
In contemplation of the Highest Divine ideal.
Kneeling again before the altar, still gazing upward, give the invocation
Oh Thou Lord of the Universe
The Vast and the Mighty One!
Ruler of the Light and of the Darkness!
We adore Thee and we invoke Thee!
Look with favor upon this man who
Kneels before Thee,
Grant Thine aid unto the higher aspirations
His Soul,
That he may prove a true and faithful
Servant among men.
To the Glory of Thine Ineffable Name.
Amen.
