Theta-Drowsiness (also first stage of sleep)
when doing NAP/Ritual/Spell work, which is the best "state" to be in?
i've heard that Theta was the best "state" to be in for meditation, manifestation and that lot. i know that the NAP ritual is meant to be a relaxation tool. but do you know which state your supposed to reach for best results? and for that matter any Ritual work, Goetic, etc etc
